What does an abnormal MoCA score mean?

A score below 26 out of 30 can signal possible cognitive impairment. The next appointment focuses on changes in real life

The clinician should ask when the changes began, whether they appeared gradually or suddenly, and how they have progressed. A person who knows the patient well can provide important examples that the patient may not notice or remember.
